14. Bhoot (2003)

Vishal (Ajay Devgan) works as a stock analyst. He and his wife, Swati (Urmila Matondkar), are looking for a flat in Mumbai. Vishal finds a great apartment on the 12th floor of a high-rise building. However, this apartment has a dark past. The previous tenant, a young woman, killed her child and then jumped from the balcony, which led to her death. After moving in, Swati finds out about this tragic story and becomes strangely obsessed with it. She begins to experience a series of strange events that drive her close to madness. Vishal feels helpless and thinks his wife may have a psychological disorder. He decides to consult a psychiatrist, Dr. Rajan (Victor Banerjee).
