Before the 2010s, hush-hush marriages were possible, but with the ever active media presence, no marriage/relationship is a secret today. Celebrities also have started becoming more vocal about their relationships. Until few years ago, actresses weren’t vocal about their relationship or marital status due to the fear of not getting film offers, but those days have gone and now they don’t fear about expressing their love.

2011 Weddings
1. Mahesh Bhupathi and Lara Dutta
Mahesh Bhupathi was married to a model Shveta Jaishankar for 7 years and Lara Dutta had just out of an alleged breakup, when they both met each other for the first time. They met each other in a business meeting, but Bhupathi’s simplicity attracted Lara in their first meet, and soon they started dating. Mahesh Bhupathi divorced his wife Shveta Jaishankar amicably and married Lara Dutta. In 2012, Lara Dutta delivered her first child.

1.Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza
Riteish was 25, Genelia was 16, when they first met each other in the test shoot of Tujhe Meri Kasam, which later came to be their first movie together. They became best friends during the shoot. 1.Aayush Sharma and Arpita Khan
Arpita Khan, the youngest sister of Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma, a Delhi based businessman and son of a politician, Anil Sharma met first in 2013 through a common friend.
