The museum’s location is in Provo in Brigham Young University campus. The facility specializes in the scientific basis of the earth’s life. Exhibits reveal topics like the interconnection between all life and the sustenance of life by earth, what causes extinction, the relationship of predator-prey, and the idea that humanity is the earth’s steward. In addition to having children play area, the museum has two galleries where one features wildlife art and the other a collection of more than 100 species of birds. 3. Bluff Fort Historic Site

This historic site will give you an opportunity to learn about the Hole-in-the-Rock expedition which was treacherous and the fort itself. Cabins in the fort were constructed with their doors and windows facing inwards in the direction of the fort’s square to provide protection from forces that were invading. The meeting house in Bluff City was multi-purpose serving as a school, a public meeting venue, and a church. Moreover, residents purchased staples and food from the Bluff co-op. In 1883, the fort was dismantled, but the society persevered and changed to ranching from farming. In the 1890s, residents built houses of Victorian style that have faced restoration together with the fort. There are a gift shop and a visitor’s center at the site.

4. Red Butte Arboretum and Garden

The place is open throughout the year, and it provides various events and plants depending on the season. The location is great for snowshoeing or hiking in the winter when redbuds fill the snow-white ground, you can enjoy beautiful fall foliage in the autumn, and you can view the spectacular site of trees and flowers coming to life in a variety of colors in summer and spring. The garden has an amphitheater where performances are hosted in the summer. The site features themed gardens where a group or private tours are offered. It’s proximity to the University of Utah makes it a wonderful stop for many students, that includes prospective ones as well! 5. Loveland Living Planet Aquarium

The size of the aquarium is 136,000 square feet. It features wildlife such as mammals, fish, invertebrates, and birds. Among its popular sites is the underwater shark tunnel where you can see sharks. The rainforest gallery is also an attractive site that features rainforest animals.
