Nuclear Armageddon Pre-Workout Review!

The market for health supplements that help you to build lean muscles is pretty big. There are various types of health supplements on the market that help you to build muscle mass and also give you proper strength and endurance to work out properly. Some of these health supplements are designed to be consumed before a workout session and some are designed to have after the session. If you have been in the bodybuilding industry for a long time, you must have heard about a pre-workout health supplement, Nuclear Armageddon. This health supplement is made by Anabolic Warfare, which is based in the city of Austin, Texas.  Now, let’s get into the Nuclear Armageddon review.

Ingredients in the Product

Just like any other health supplement, Nuclear Armageddon also promises to promote focus, strength, endurance, and muscle pumps in your body. Just like any other protein supplement, it is important that you go through the list of ingredients first before deciding whether to buy it or not. Here are some of the key ingredients listed on Nuclear Armageddon.

  • Betaine: Trimethylglycine or Betaine has been through several types of research in recent times due to its natural ability to reduce fatigue, improving aerobic running capacity, enhancing power output, and increasing endurance level. Although betaine seems to improve exercise performances in some isolated cases, the end results are not yet clear and consistent. It is important for you to know that betaine can easily make you smell like rotting fish due to its FOS or Fish Odor Syndrome causing feature.
  • L-Citrulline Malate: This compound mixes the organic compound Malic Acid with amino acid L-Citrulline. Some of the most common sources are beetroot, watermelon, and walnuts. Malic Acid tends to reduce the buildup of ammonia in order to fight soreness. As a result of this, you can easily train for longer hours.
  • Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin: HBCD or Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin is also known as a performance carbohydrate and is, more or less, unknown in the world of sports nutrition. It is claimed to help you with sustained energy source that does not boost your blood sugar levels in any way. Although this may sound quite pleasant to most of you, there is no scientific proof to back up this statement.
  • Caffeine: Coupled with Citrulline Malate, another useful ingredient in this health supplement is caffeine. It happens to be a safe and rather effective stimulant if you have it at the proper dose. This will give you some idea as to why 9 out of 10 Americans consume caffeine in some form or the other. Apart from helping you stay awake; caffeine also helps to boost your motivation and focus. There have also been studies that reveal that caffeine can also make you stronger.

Possible Side Effects

Just like most other health supplements, Nuclear Armageddon may also cause several possible side effects. Some of these are FOS or Fish Odor Syndrome, tingling, flushing, and itching on the skin, high blood pressure, rapid heart rate, dizziness, low blood pressure, stomach issues, and slow heart rate.
