yeah, but my friend said if consumed with water make sure you use straw, acv is not good for your teeth, is it true?
In fact, ACV is good for your teeth. it can be used to whiten your teeth. Make sure to not use it more often though As undiluted ACV is acidic enough to weaken the enamel of teeth.
