If you don’t know about the masterpiece, The Other side of the Wind is a must-watchable one, as it explains why and how he kind of faded in his later years. But it is simply insane to watch.

17. LONG SHOT ( 2017)

The less you know about the 40 minutes short documentary Long shot the better because its twist and turns are absolutely shocking even if its larger points should be burned into viewers memories by now, Overall, it focuses on Juan Catalan, who was accused of a murder he didn’t commit and the lengths he had to go to in order to prove his innocence.

It shows that in its brief runtime that the truth is just the opposite. Catalan had to be extraordinarily lucky to prove his innocence and that we have a system, that detectives and prosecutors simply close cases rather than find justice. The brilliant thing is that it never has to come right out and say it, the case speaks volumes on its own.
